What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as a consultative partner to practices, analyzing local markets and recommending tailored marketing strategies
Build and maintain positive relationships with practice leadership and local marketing teams
Advise on marketing spend and strategy, including media placement costs and vendor negotiations
Guide external communications, providing strategic input for press releases and marketing content
Identify methods to measure the performance and return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
Strong verbal and written communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong strategic and analytical skills
Data-driven decision-making skills with knowledge of marketing analytics tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with project management software such as Workfront
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
Strong customer service orientation and commitment to client satisfaction
3+ years of related experience, preferably in healthcare
