Growth Marketing Program Manager About this Role We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Program Manager to help the Growth Marketing team run smoothly and efficiently. This contractor will own team operating rhythms (sprint planning, capacity tracking, workflows), manage XFN project flow, and ensure clarity, alignment, and follow-through across Acquisition, Retention, and MarTech teams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and can manage multiple workstreams without dropping details. You’ll partner closely with marketers, designers, PMs, and analytics to keep projects moving, unblock teams, and maintain operational excellence.

What you’ll do:

Run Team Operating Rhythms:

Own sprint planning, weekly priority reviews, capacity tracking, and workflow rituals that keep the team aligned and moving.

Manage Project Flow:

Scope incoming requests, clarify owners and deliverables, build timelines, track progress, and drive work to completion across multiple pods.

Unblock the Team:

Spot risks and dependencies early, surface bottlenecks quickly, and coordinate solutions with the right partners.

Maintain Systems and Documentation:

Manage Asana boards, templates, and project hygiene; keep documentation current; recommend lightweight process improvements.

Coordinate Cross-Functionally:

Ensure smooth collaboration with Brand, PMM, Creative, Product, and Analytics through clear communication, timely updates, and structured handoffs.

Provide Visibility and Reporting:

Keep priorities, statuses, and resource allocations organized and visible through simple reporting, summaries, and updates.

What you’ll bring to the team:

3–5+ years of project/program management experience in marketing or creative environments

Strong Asana expertise, including building and maintaining team workflows

Familiarity with growth marketing workflows (creative builds, lifecycle/CRM, paid media)

High attention to detail and strong organizational habits

Clear, efficient communicator who can simplify complexity

Ability to work autonomously and bring structure without heavy guidance

Comfort navigating shifting priorities and fast-paced teams

Proactive problem‑solver who identifies issues early and proposes solutions
