What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the end-to-end creation of new online training modules, including script development, slide design, voiceover recording, and quiz creation
Collaborate with Global Operations Leaders and the Continuous Improvement Team to refine content and ensure alignment with business outcomes
Ensure training content adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and organizational compliance standards
Manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for content development, proactively communicating progress to stakeholders
Enhance the design and user experience of the Learning Management System (LMS)
What is Required (Qualifications)
2+ years of professional online content creation experience, preferably in learning module development
Strong knowledge of technical content creation tools, including Google Slides, video editing, and sound/voice-over recording
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored for a global audience
Experience with Moodle or a similar Learning Management System (LMS)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with the Adobe Suite for content creation and design
