What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Lead the end-to-end creation of new online training modules, including script development, slide design, voiceover recording, and quiz creation
  • Collaborate with Global Operations Leaders and the Continuous Improvement Team to refine content and ensure alignment with business outcomes
  • Ensure training content adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and organizational compliance standards
  • Manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for content development, proactively communicating progress to stakeholders
  • Enhance the design and user experience of the Learning Management System (LMS)

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • 2+ years of professional online content creation experience, preferably in learning module development
  • Strong knowledge of technical content creation tools, including Google Slides, video editing, and sound/voice-over recording
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored for a global audience
  • Experience with Moodle or a similar Learning Management System (LMS)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Familiarity with the Adobe Suite for content creation and design
