Vallure Agency, a dynamic digital marketing agency specializing in luxury brands within the real estate, interior design, hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle industries, is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our growing team.
This is a remote, 1099 position with an hourly pay range of $20-$40 per hour, depending on experience. The role will require approximately 20 hours per week, depending on the client workload. While the position is remote, we prefer candidates based in the Phoenix area for occasional in-person content shoots.
About the Role As the Social Media Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the social media strategy and execution for multiple clients. This is a highly autonomous role where you’ll have the opportunity to manage and grow social accounts from start to finish. You will work closely with our talented creative team, including designers and digital marketing experts, to craft and schedule content, engage with the community, and report on social media performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage social media content calendars based on account strategy, performance data, and brand voice.
Create and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), with a focus on high-quality visuals and copy.
Engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and fostering relationships.
Post some content manually and optimize for trends (including trending audios, hashtags, and posts).
Monitor and analyze social media performance, creating detailed reports and providing actionable insights.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-quality content (images, videos, copy) for social channels.
May be responsible for creating simple content pieces, guided by our design team.
Manage platform-specific content strategies, ensuring content is tailored to each platform’s audience.
Ensure brand consistency and maintain the overall aesthetic and voice of each client’s social media presence.
Shoot content for clients located in the Phoenix area when needed.
Who You Are
A self-starter with a “figure it out” mindset and a passion for social media.
A creative thinker who is always on the lookout for trends, opportunities for growth, and new ways to engage audiences.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple accounts and tasks independently.
Comfortable working autonomously, while collaborating with a remote team of designers, strategists, and digital experts.
Experienced with social media tools like Metricool (preferred), Buffer, or Sprout Social, and proficient in platform-specific content management tools.
At least
2 years of experience
in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
