We are currently looking for a Growth Lead (Marketing and Lead Generation) to work on a permanent 100% remote position in LATAM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, analytic, and results-driven Growth Lead to help create our Growth team at Fast Dolphin. As Growth Lead, your primary responsibility will be to identify, nurture, and grow our client acquisition channels, as well as coordinate Marketing activities to increase our customer base, primarily in the United States and Canada. This role plays a crucial part in our growth and success as a leading player in the IT and Engineering staffing industry.

Compensation : The compensation package is competitive across all markets for Senior Growth roles, and will vary depending on the candidate's location.

Key Responsibilities

Developing, documenting, and executing comprehensive strategies focused on acquiring new clients across Inbound and Outbound channels, such as : Industry Events (, conferences / fairs / trade shows), Paid Campaigns, SEO / GEO, Referral campaigns, and Social Media, identifying areas of opportunity to automate or semi-automate them.

Developing and maintaining Fast Dolphin’s brand across several channels, such as the Website, corporate presentations, advertising, printed materials (when applicable), CRM communications with clients and candidates / consultants, press releases, logo updates (when applicable), promotions and campaigns, etc.

Developing and maintaining a CRM strategy from the ground up, identifying gaps, and evaluating alternatives (, combinations of external vs internal platforms) to configure a robust solution to nurture relationships with clients, candidates and consultants.

Hiring, developing, leading, and coaching the Growth team, initiallycomprising two people (specific functions to be defined along with the person in this position).

Selecting and maintaining a set of vendors for Growth Infrastructure and Growth Marketing, such as : Lead Generation and Warm-up automation, Emailing, SEO / GEO optimization, Marketing, Social Media, etc.

Designing, measuring, and iterating A / B experiments aimed at increasing Fast Dolphin’s effectiveness at acquiring new customers and reducing friction.

Collaborating with the Sales Team in joint activities such as :

Handing over Leads to Sales Team members.

Identifying gaps in the handover process and minimizing customer friction to increase conversion.

Fulfilling Marketing requests.

Collaborating on CRM activities.

Designing and executing projects aimed at ensuring the fidelity, accuracy, and security of customer information in Fast Dolphin’s internal database.

Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPI’s) related to customer acquisition, conversion rates, and revenue growth, providing regular updates and insights to the leadership team.

Staying up-to-date on the latest growth marketing trends and best practices, (particularly in the B2B space), continuously running experiments and iterations to improve acquisition and conversion.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, STEM, or related fields are preferred).

At least 5 years of proven Growth experience, client acquisition, and business development, with a strong track record of success.

Experience in using growth and marketing strategies to promote B2B services, create brand awareness and reach new potential clients at US companies.

Proven track record of hiring, leading, and coaching / developing direct reports.

Experience in documenting, building, and updating processes and frameworks.

General knowledge of IT areas / platforms. Have an idea of the most common ERPs, programming languages, cloud tools, etc.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.

Proficiency in acquiring, tracking, and monitoring prospects using CRM , SEO, Emailing, Sourcing, and Social media software or similar tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoominfo, Apollo, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, SalesHandy, etc.). Knowledge of GEO is a huge plus.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred)

Previous experience in Small US-based (or serving US-based companies) B2B services companies and / or the IT Staffing Industry is a significant advantage.

Knowledge of the IT staffing industry, including its trends, challenges, and best practices.

Portuguese language is a big plus.

Advanced level of English.

Spanish : Native.
