Role Overview
We are looking for a polished, design-driven sales professional to join our team. This full-time, on-site role involves guiding clients through luxury furniture selections, developing new business, and delivering an exceptional showroom experience. You will consult with homeowners, designers, architects, and builders while managing your own sales pipeline and contributing to BeDESIGN’s continued growth. Responsibilities
Conduct client consultations and provide tailored design solutions Manage and grow a sales pipeline with proactive outreach and follow-up Build relationships with retail clients and trade partners Support showroom events, product launches, and marketing initiatives Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations with accuracy Oversee orders from quote to delivery Qualifications
Proven sales experience; luxury or design-related experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Knowledge of interior design or furnishings is a plus Detail-oriented, organized, and confident in a fast-paced environment CRM or design software experience beneficial Valid driver’s license and passport for brand trainings Why Join Us
