Under general supervision of a lead or manager, will help to carry projects from the earliest stages of concept and development through to successful, on-time completion as measured by achievement of metrics. Provides support in developing and executing communication plans and initiatives to support business objectives. Expected to understand client needs and help to develop communication solutions. Specific responsibilities include assisting with communication planning, developing key messages, writing, using research and analytics to drive planning and messaging, following established processes, demonstrating discipline and organization in executing assignments and plans, contributing to great relationships with clients and co-workers and communicating effectively with them, using metrics to track performance and progress. May perform work in other M&C functions as assigned. Qualifications: ? 3 or more years relevant experience required; experience in multiple disciplines preferred ? Bachelor?s degree in related field (Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Liberal Arts, Public Relations, Advertising, etc) required ? Expected to demonstrate expertise through writing and editing tests ? Demonstrated discipline in project execution ? Strong writing, verbal, editing, presentation, and overall communication skills ? Strong dedication to customer service; the ability to remain flexible and adaptable to meet the demands of internal clients and demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for their business ? Sound business and financial acumen ? Ability to perform market research & analytics ? A talent for creative thinking and problem solving ? Ability to follow critical business processes to ensure quality and timely execution of initiatives ? Ability to multitask and maintain high performance under extreme pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Job Duties & Responsibilities

•Drives the execution of integrated marketing plans across digital and print channels, ensuring every campaign launches seamlessly and delivers measurable results

•Owns project plans, timelines, and deliverables - managing details with precision and ensuring campaigns stay on track from kickoff to completion

•Partners closely with internal channel owners and external vendors to ensure flawless coordination and consistent brand execution

•Develops channel-specific content that strengthens messaging, engages audiences, and reflects FPL's brand voice

•Manages campaign plan approval processes, coordinating with stakeholders to secure timely sign-offs and maintain project momentum

•Monitors campaign performance in real time, using data and insights to identify opportunities and implement optimizations that improve outcomes

•Leverages AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, enhance content quality, and increase marketing efficiency

•Performs other job-related duties as assigned
