Communication Systems Operator Job at Northside Hospital in Atlanta

Operates the telephone switchboard to relay incoming and outgoing telephone calls. Required Six (6) months prior experience as Communications Systems Operator or call center, customer service, switchboard, receptionist. Must have ability to maintain composure during contacts with callers. Must have pleasant telephone voice, and be able to work closely with other operators. Preferred One (1) year hospital based experience as a Communications Systems Operator.
