About The Role
Upon joining our publisher partnerships team, you will be the primary owner of PubMatic’s global Publisher base. As a CSM, you will develop strategic partnerships with our premium Publishers to grow their digital advertising business, focusing on programmatic revenue opportunity. You will consult with key strategic and tactical contacts through long‑term relationship development, ensuring PubMatic meets publisher expectations while protecting their brand. Responsibilities include quarterly top‑line revenue targets, rigorous performance analysis, cross‑functional project management, and industry event attendance, positioning CSMs as programmatic specialists and advisors.
You will report to the Regional VP of Customer Success for CTV, who oversees the broader regional CTV Publisher portfolio.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of high‑spend and high‑potential supply partners, understanding growth drivers and creating multi‑quarter achievement plans.
- Use analytical skills and programmatic marketplace knowledge to influence advertising strategy and promote a “programmatic‑first” approach.
- Consistently meet or exceed targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Develop an understanding of the technical aspects of ad serving and SSP functionality.
- Coach peers to enhance skills, drive client growth, and contribute to overall team success.
- Collaborate with specialists, engineers, and product teams to generate business plans, defining goals, key strategies, and success metrics.
- Manage strategic relationships and external client communications, including meetings and outings.
- Partner with clients on short‑ and long‑term strategic goals and work with internal teams to advance initiatives.
- Develop a long‑term CTV strategy for PubMatic across all publishers.
- Expand access to new publisher inventory from existing clients.
- Facilitate demand generation by collaborating with internal and external buyside sales teams, including DSPs, agencies, and brand direct.
- Innovate and develop creative solutions to service clients effectively.
- Engage with external companies on new and emerging technologies to create and pitch new products and solutions to clients.
Who You Are
- BA/BS degree from a top‑tier university.
- 5‑9 years of client‑facing services experience, such as consulting or customer success.
- Familiarity with Programmatic basics and industry trends.
- Experience working with or for CTV and Video publishers in the programmatic space.
- Knowledge of RTB/PMP.
- Video experience within programmatic is a bonus.
- Knowledge of Header Bidding/Wrapper and various ad formats/ad serving platforms.
- Understanding of buying patterns in a programmatic environment.
- Knowledge of alternative integrations, such as oRTB, is a plus.

- Engaged team player with strong interpersonal skills who knows how to have fun while achieving results.

Compensation Disclosure
In accordance with applicable law, the following salary range is PubMatic’s estimate of total compensation for this role. New hires are typically compensated toward the middle of our pay range. Actual amounts may vary based on non‑discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, PubMatic offers a bonus, restricted stock units, and a competitive benefits package.
