Base pay range $30.00/hr - $40.00/hr Direct message the job poster from US Tech Solutions Duration: 12+ Months (Weekly 32 Hours | Mon–Thurs) Hybrid: 2 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote in a Week Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (28202) Job Description Support the writing and update of material, documentation, and procedures for System Operations initiative. Acquire assignments from supervisor. Review current procedures with respect to updates in roles, responsibilities, and general formatting of documentation. Meet with SMEs to update and route procedures for review and approval. Review materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content. Maintain awareness and communicate progress of procedural updates and approvals. Generate tracking and report of progress. Organize work processes that are in review, out for approval and published. May maintain records and files of work and revisions. Experience with Word, SharePoint and basic task tracking.
