Job Description BHDM Design is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Designer to lead high-end residential projects from concept through completion. The role requires creative leadership, design direction, client management, and oversight of budgets and project execution.
Responsibilities
Lead high-end residential projects from concept through completion.
Provide creative leadership and design direction.
Manage client relationships and expectations.
Oversee budgets and ensure project execution stays on schedule and within scope.
Requirements
7–10 years of experience in high-end residential design.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
Expertise in FF&E sourcing and custom design.
Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
