The Senior Designer leads the design and execution of complex projects, manages high-level client relationships, and mentors Junior Designers and Associate Designers. They are responsible for upholding design excellence and meeting billable targets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage 1-2 design projects and client relationships
Produce and present design concepts, floor plans, elevations, renderings, and materials selections
Oversee product sourcing, quoting, and procurement by others
Lead client meetings and project status updates with support of Lead Designer or Founder
Coordinate closely with vendors, contractors, and suppliers
Meet established productivity goals, including assigned billable hour targets
Maintain project files and documentation in Studio Designer and Google Suite
Required Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in residential or commercial interior design
Mastery of Revit/SketchUp/AutoCAD, Studio Designer (or similar), and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong leadership, project management, and client engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
