About The Role The Digital Growth Marketing Manager leads the development, execution and optimisation of all digital marketing efforts. The role builds and manages lead‑generation funnels across SEO, paid search, email, landing pages, and AI‑powered automation tools. It is a hands‑on, data‑driven position that balances technical and creative work, focusing on improving organic visibility, content performance, and rankings across traditional search and emerging AI‑powered search engines. The manager works to reduce reliance on paid search while maintaining a cost‑efficient lead‑generation model and partners with external agencies to ensure alignment and accurate reporting.
Responsibilities
Build full‑funnel digital journeys from awareness to lead to appointment.
Own landing page strategy, wireframes, copy, CTAs, and A/B tests.
Use heatmaps, scroll‑depth, and analytics tools to optimise drop‑off points.
Build and maintain nurture flows that improve show rate and close rate.
Improve conversion paths across all platforms (web, SFMC, ads, retargeting).
Identify funnel leaks and implement fixes quickly.
Align funnel messaging with ongoing offers, promotions, and sales goals.
Build and manage campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, Display, and retargeting platforms.
Execute keyword research, audience creation, negative keyword expansion, and bidding strategies.
Conduct weekly optimisation audits to improve CPL and lead quality.
Monitor daily spend and pacing; recommend or execute budget shifts.
Ensure accurate tracking via UTMs, GA4, and Tag Manager.
Execute on‑page SEO best practices and collaborate with developers/partners on technical improvements.
Execute competitive research and keyword gap analysis.
Optimise pages for ranking and conversion (dual SEO/CRO focus).
Build and deploy emails, customer journeys, automations, and triggered flows.
Execute segmentation, personalisation, and multivariate testing.
Maintain data hygiene, list management, and deliverability best practices.
Create post‑lead nurturing that reduces no‑shows and drives higher sales productivity.
Use AI tools to generate landing page copy, email variations, ad tests, and segmentation logic.
Build automated workflows that accelerate execution and personalisation.
Ensure all AI output is reviewed for accuracy, brand standards, and compliance.
Update landing pages and collaborate on UX improvements with creative/dev.
Run CRO tests on copy, layout, forms, CTAs, and user flow.
Use tools like Hotjar, Lucky Orange, or similar to identify friction points.
Recommend improvements for site speed, mobile experience, form completion, and trust elements.
Own analytics across paid search, SEO, email, and conversion funnels.
Maintain dashboards and produce weekly performance reports.
Set up and validate GA4 events, UTMs, pixels, and CRM tracking.
Identify anomalies in lead flow or attribution and resolve quickly.
Partner with the Social Media Manager to align offers, timing, and messaging.
Work with leadership to review lead quality, close rate, and feedback loops.
Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and lead providers to ensure performance transparency.
Collaborate with Creative to produce assets that support funnel optimisation.
Ensure all content complies with advertising regulations for home improvement.
Review all campaign content (including AI‑generated) for accuracy and clarity.
Maintain consistent brand voice across all digital channels.
Qualifications
3+ years hands‑on experience in performance marketing, PPC, SEO or digital funnel optimisation.
Experience with Google Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs), and Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar enterprise automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
Working knowledge of GA4, Tag Manager, UTMs, conversion tracking, and attribution preferred.
Demonstrated experience building high‑performing landing pages or funnels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action.
Experience in home services, lead‑gen, or a performance‑heavy environment is a major plus.
Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate execution.
Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications or related field required.
