Integrated Digital Marketing Manager
to lead digital strategy, CRM, and paid media efforts. This role will develop and execute campaigns across loyalty programs, email, SMS, SEO, and digital advertising, ensuring strong engagement and measurable results. Ideal candidates have experience managing cross‑channel marketing in a fast‑paced environment and a deep understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Requirements
Must have Punchh and/or Paylocity Experience
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in QSR or multi‑unit operations
Expertise in CRM platforms, paid social, SEO, and performance analytics
Strong leadership and collaboration skills to work across departments and with franchise partners
Seniority level Mid‑Senior level
