Base Pay Range

Marketing Director (Onsite – Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
We’re looking for a strategic, hands‑on Marketing Director to lead all marketing initiatives across digital, retail, and experiential channels. In this role, you’ll own the development and execution of fully integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth—while leading a talented cross‑functional team.
You’ll oversee multi‑channel campaigns across paid media, email/SMS, influencer, social, affiliate, content, and event marketing (including trade shows and on‑site activations). You’ll also lead performance tracking, reporting, and optimization to ensure strong, measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Develop annual and quarterly 360° marketing strategies across digital, experiential, and promotional channels.
Align initiatives with product launches, retail promotions, and eCommerce growth goals.
Partner with Creative, Sales, Operations, and Product teams to execute cohesive, integrated campaigns.
Build messaging frameworks and content strategies across all touchpoints (digital ads, email/SMS, retail campaigns, events).
Campaign Development & Optimization
Lead end‑to‑end execution of multi‑channel campaigns, including trade show and industry event promotion.
Own campaign calendars, GTM timelines, and deliverables for launches and brand moments.
Drive A/B testing, segmentation, and creative optimization to enhance performance.
Manage and mentor a growing team.
Provide coaching, clear KPIs, and professional development while fostering a culture rooted in creativity, accountability, and results.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
Oversee paid media across Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms with a focus on ROAS, CAC, and CLTV.
Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights.
Own dashboards, attribution models, and analytics across acquisition and retention.
CRM, Email & Lifecycle Marketing
Manage email/SMS content calendars, promotions, and automated flows.
Develop segmentation strategies to enhance personalization and retention.
Oversee loyalty, referral, re‑engagement, and win‑back initiatives.
Event & Trade Show Marketing
Partner with Sales and Creative teams to support trade shows, pop‑ups, and key events.
Develop pre‑, during‑, and post‑event marketing strategies to drive traffic and lead generation.
Oversee signage, collateral, promotional goods, and digital content supporting event presence.
Digital Experience & eCommerce Collaboration
Support onsite marketing efforts including homepage updates, landing pages, merchandising, and promotional strategy.
Align marketing efforts with inventory, seasonal calendars, and product priorities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus)
7–10+ years in digital/brand marketing and team leadership—ideally in consumer goods, lifestyle, jewelry, beauty, or wellness
Proven experience leading multi‑channel and experiential/trade show campaigns
Strong grasp of performance marketing, CRM, and customer lifecycle best practices
Hands‑on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and automation tools
Exceptional project management, communication, and analytical skills
Experience leading cross‑functional teams and external agencies/partners
Creative, innovative, and highly data‑driven with strong brand storytelling instincts
