About the Role We are seeking a visionary and results‑driven Vice President or Senior Director of Global Digital Marketing Strategy to lead the strategic evolution of our global digital ecosystem. This role is pivotal in shaping how clients, prospects, and partners engage with our brand digitally, delivering seamless, personalized, and scalable experiences that drive business growth and strengthen CBRE’s position as a digital‑first leader in commercial real estate.

The VP/Senior Director will oversee the digital experience across more than 60 websites, ensuring alignment with our brand, business objectives, and user needs. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in UX strategy, digital marketing, and B2B client experience, with a proven ability to drive innovation and performance at scale.

What You’ll Do

Define and implement a unified digital experience strategy, aligning with enterprise goals and regional priorities.

Support business segment‑focused integrated digital marketing strategies and experiences.

Guide the strategic direction of 60+ global websites, ensuring they function as high‑performing, brand‑aligned platforms.

Partner with brand, content, product, technology, and regional marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution of digital initiatives and campaigns.

Stay ahead of digital trends, emerging platforms, and marketing technologies; champion innovation in personalization, AI‑driven marketing, and automation.

Lead a high‑performing team of digital and UX strategists and product managers; manage relationships with external agencies and technology partners.

Collaborate on CMS strategy, web architecture, and governance models to ensure scalability, security, and consistency.

Define KPIs and measurement frameworks; leverage data‑driven insights to continuously improve user engagement, lead generation, and digital ROI.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 15 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in digital strategy, UX, or digital marketing leadership roles, preferably in global B2B organizations.

Proven experience managing large‑scale web ecosystems and digital transformation initiatives.

Expertise in UX, web strategy, CMS solutions, and emerging digital trends, including AI and automation.

Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing tools and multichannel strategies (email marketing, lead nurturing, retargeting, ABM, display advertising, paid search, SEO, SEM).

Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in B2B or commercial real estate sectors is preferred.
