About the Role We are seeking a visionary and results‑driven Vice President or Senior Director of Global Digital Marketing Strategy to lead the strategic evolution of our global digital ecosystem. This role is pivotal in shaping how clients, prospects, and partners engage with our brand digitally, delivering seamless, personalized, and scalable experiences that drive business growth and strengthen CBRE’s position as a digital‑first leader in commercial real estate. The VP/Senior Director will oversee the digital experience across more than 60 websites, ensuring alignment with our brand, business objectives, and user needs. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in UX strategy, digital marketing, and B2B client experience, with a proven ability to drive innovation and performance at scale.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership : Define and implement a unified digital experience strategy, aligning with enterprise goals and regional priorities. Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement through strategic initiatives.

Integrated Digital Strategy : Support business segment‑focused integrated digital marketing strategies and experiences. Increase brand awareness, customer advocacy, customer data collection, and pipeline growth across digital channels to support broker and customer journeys.

Digital Ecosystem Oversight : Guide the strategic direction of 60+ global websites, ensuring they function as high‑performing, brand‑aligned platforms that support business development, client needs, and local market relevance.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Partner with brand, content, product, technology, and regional marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution of digital initiatives and campaigns.

Innovation & Future Planning : Stay ahead of digital trends, emerging platforms, and marketing technologies. Champion innovation in areas such as personalization, AI‑driven marketing, and automation.

Team & Vendor Management : Lead a high‑performing team of digital and UX strategists and product managers. Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement. Manage relationships with external agencies and technology partners.

Platform Strategy & Governance : Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to oversee CMS strategy, web architecture, and governance models. Ensure scalability, security, and consistency across digital platforms.

Performance & Optimization : Work closely with the analytics team to define KPIs and measurement frameworks. Leverage data‑driven insights to continuously improve user engagement, lead generation, and digital ROI.
