Are you interested in shaping the worldwide distribution strategy of Amazon and MGM Studios content? Amazon MGM Studios Distribution is the content distribution and licensing arm of Amazon. It is our role to distribute thousands of MGM Studios library titles and popular Amazon Originals to both internal Amazon services (such as Prime Video, Freevee or MGM+) and to third‑party customers, globally. The Amazon MGM Studios Distribution Finance team is seeking an analytical and strategic thinker to join as a Finance Manager in Culver City, CA. This role will focus on supporting and executing the distribution strategy of MGM and Amazon content to internal services and third‑party customers. The Finance Manager will work closely with distribution leaders and the FP&A team to develop forecasts and support business and finance reporting requirements. We are seeking a candidate who has proven analytical skills working with large data sets, and an ability to clearly communicate findings. The ideal candidate enjoys proactively solving complex problems, works effectively with cross‑functional teams, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment that is constantly evolving. Key Job Responsibilities

Manage the forecasting and reporting process for 1P content distribution (distribution to internal services, including Prime Video and MGM+). Prepare various monthly distribution revenue reports for our stakeholders (across all territories and distribution media). Assist with quarterly worldwide distribution forecasting and annual planning on the revenue and cost side (this includes maintaining detailed forecasts from Distribution sales teams across the globe and coordinating submissions to the Corporate FP&A team). Assist with various ad hoc projects and proactively execute on process improvements (primarily leveraging internal AI tools to enhance our financial processes). Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field. 6+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience. Experience with Excel, including use of complex formulas and pivot tables to manipulate large datasets and interpret results. Preferred Qualifications

MBA, or CPA. Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results. Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis. Experience in the entertainment industry. Compensation

Our base pay ranges from $85,900 per year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
