You'll drive innovative financial solutions, manage complex global productions, and play a critical role in bringing compelling content to life across multiple genres and territories.

Key job responsibilities

Manage and develop production accounting teams across global productions

Drive accurate and timely financial reporting for movie portfolios

Create and implement innovative financial controls and reporting processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive financial oversight

Develop strategic financial solutions that support creative content production

You'll dive into production budgets, analyze cost reports, and work closely with creative and production teams to ensure financial excellence. From reviewing multi-currency project funding to implementing ground-breaking financial technologies, every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a significant impact.

Basic Qualifications

10+ years Experience as a Production Finance Executive or Production Accountant

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of various production accounting software such as Movie Magic Budgeting, Scenechronize, EP Smart Accounting, Vista, PSL.

Knowledge of tax incentive programs.

Knowledge and experience with union/guild agreements.

Experience with international productions.

Highly motivated, analytical, proactive and self-sufficient.

Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Must be able to work independently and team up with various divisions.

Able to earn the trust and respect of internal and external business partners.

Strong organization and time management skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $137,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $227,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
