Junior Designer

FORMM is seeking a Junior Designer to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute across all phases of design and delivery, supporting projects that range from commercial interiors to bespoke residential work. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented designer with a strong design sensibility, excellent visual communication skills, and a curiosity to learn in a collaborative studio environment.

Responsibilities
Assist in the development of design concepts and presentations
Prepare drawings, renderings, diagrams, and other visual materials
Support production of construction documentation in Revit
Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients
Participate in internal design reviews and contribute ideas across disciplines
Research materials, finishes, and products to inform design direction
Qualifications & Skills
1–3 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (required)
Strong graphic, visualization, and presentation skills
Knowledge of design principles and an eagerness to expand technical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced studio environment
