Position Overview We are looking for a Communications and Brand Marketing Specialist to work out of our Oakmont, Pennsylvania office. The role involves managing and enhancing the company’s market presence across all platforms, supporting branding and marketing efforts, and creating content for social media, email, newsletters, websites, blogs, and other creative outlets.

For over 44 years we have delivered award‑winning service that has resulted in continued growth in revenue, customer service, and staff performance. We are in Oakmont but serve the Western Pennsylvania area and beyond. We are a family‑like business focused on an outstanding customer experience.

What we do Through five service divisions we provide retail specialty services to residential and commercial clients, emergency water, fire, and smoke restoration, complete repair and reconstruction, and environmental and hurricane response to catastrophic events. We provide emergency property restoration and reconstruction services to residential, commercial, and institutional clients throughout western Pennsylvania and beyond.

What we are looking for

Education in Communications, Marketing, Social Media Marketing or related fields.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to craft impactful and engaging content.

Proficiency with social media and implementation of creative programs to meet company goals.

Strong research skills for creating accurate and compelling technical and business development content.

Experience in an in‑house position representing the company brand in a public‑facing role.

Ability to work across various internal departments and external stakeholders.

Ability to manage many projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Sample Responsibilities

Create internal and external newsletters and communication pieces.

Manage updates and upgrades to the website.

Interact with customers at various levels.

Create print and video marketing pieces.

Manage online service and information request processes.

Build brand awareness, reputation, and customer visibility.

Act as the Brand Ambassador, building relationships with customers, industry professionals, and future clients.

Work with the Sales Team, Chief Revenue Officer, and other managers to execute innovative campaigns aligned with strategic goals.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and equivalent experience.

Advanced to intermediate proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent project‑management and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficiency in social media platforms and best practices for content creation and curation.

Copywriting and development of compelling marketing pieces.

PowerPoint deck‑building skills.

Team‑work orientation and customer‑service focus.
