About the Role We’re looking for an

Architectural Designer with

3–5 years of experience to jump in and help us bring some exciting projects to life. You’ll be working closely with our partners and design team on everything from concept design to construction documents — and sometimes even through construction.

You should be comfortable in Revit (like, really comfortable), have experience putting together full construction sets, and know your way around some construction detailing. If you’ve had some experience as a

Job Captain or are ready to grow into that role, that’s a big plus.

What You'll Do

Work on design and documentation across several projects

Create and manage construction drawings in Revit

Help with detailing and technical problem-solving

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and city agencies

Join in on site visits and support during construction

Contribute to design development and team discussions

Stay on top of deadlines and help keep projects moving

What We're Looking For

Degree in Architecture (B.Archor M.Arch)

3–5 years of experience at an architecture firm

Excellent Revit skills — this is a must

Solid experience with

construction documents

Some experience with

construction detailing

Job Captain experience is preferred but not required

Strong design sensibility and attention to detail

Good communicator, team player, and all-around problem solver

On the path to licensure (or already licensed — great!)

Bonus Points For

Experience with hospitality, residential, or mixed-use projects

Skills in Rhino, Enscape, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, etc.

Sustainability know-how (LEED, Passive House, etc.)

Comfort working on fast-paced or experimental design projects

A good eye for graphics and presentations
