Job Title: Architectural Designer
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Who We Are We’re a design-driven architecture studio with a creative spirit and a growing portfolio of both local and international work. Our projects range from boutique hotels and restaurants to mixed-use buildings and multifamily housing — all with a strong design focus and an eye for the unexpected.
We believe in bold ideas, thoughtful details, and collaborative problem-solving. We like to experiment, challenge norms, and create spaces that feel inspiring and original. Sound like your kind of place? Keep reading.
About the Role We’re looking for an
Architectural Designer with
3–5 years of experience to jump in and help us bring some exciting projects to life. You’ll be working closely with our partners and design team on everything from concept design to construction documents — and sometimes even through construction.
You should be comfortable in Revit (like, really comfortable), have experience putting together full construction sets, and know your way around some construction detailing. If you’ve had some experience as a
Job Captain or are ready to grow into that role, that’s a big plus.
What You'll Do
Work on design and documentation across several projects
Create and manage construction drawings in Revit
Help with detailing and technical problem-solving
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and city agencies
Join in on site visits and support during construction
Contribute to design development and team discussions
Stay on top of deadlines and help keep projects moving
What We're Looking For
Degree in Architecture (B.Archor M.Arch)
3–5 years of experience at an architecture firm
Excellent Revit skills — this is a must
Solid experience with
construction documents
Some experience with
construction detailing
Job Captain experience is preferred but not required
Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
Good communicator, team player, and all-around problem solver
On the path to licensure (or already licensed — great!)
Bonus Points For
Experience with hospitality, residential, or mixed-use projects
Skills in Rhino, Enscape, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, etc.
Sustainability know-how (LEED, Passive House, etc.)
Comfort working on fast-paced or experimental design projects
A good eye for graphics and presentations
What We Offer
A collaborative, design-forward studio environment
The chance to work on unique, high-concept projects
Support for professional development and licensure
Competitive salary based on experience
Health benefits, 401(k), and paid time off
