JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking talented junior level architects and designers to join our team. The junior staff work with project managers and the firm principal to develop projects from concept to realization, generating design studies and production documents, sourcing furnishings and decorative elements, and developing the representation of projects for presentation. They engage the entire range of the office’s creative workflow through sketching, digital modeling, rendering, drafting, BIM, physical model making, and prototyping. The ideal candidate is one with strong design skills and aesthetic sensibilities, strong values, and a creative point of view that are complementary to the practice. We are seeking someone with a passion for interiors and furniture, but who is also technically facile and eager to learn. The position offers many opportunities to contribute meaningfully to the work of the office and for professional advancement.Members of our team also regularly participate in Design Advocates projects and initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS
A professionaldegree in Architecture. M.Arch, preferred.
Strong digital design skills. Fluency with Rhino and Revit are a must.
Strong drawing and graphic skills including in AutoCAD and the Adobe Suite.
A demonstrated commitment to craft and making, whether through analog or digital means, including CNC milling, Robotics, 3D printing, or others.
1-2years of professional architecture experience.
