Marketing Communications Professional
Our client is seeking a Marketing Communications Professional to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing programs that enhance brand presence and support business growth. This individual contributor will oversee full-funnel initiatives, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and deliver coordinated marketing efforts that advance strategic objectives.
This role is onsite in Westminster, Colorado. Fully remote candidates who meet all requirements may be considered.
Marketing Communications Professional Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end marketing program management, from initial briefing and strategy development through execution, measurement, and refinement.
Create full‑funnel marketing initiatives that support demand generation and pipeline growth at various stages of the buyer journey.
Partner across business units to identify shared marketing opportunities and ensure aligned and consistent messaging.
Develop high-quality marketing materials and content, including presentations, digital assets, collateral, and campaign communications.
Manage multi‑channel marketing efforts and communication platforms to maintain cohesive brand representation.
Track campaign performance, evaluate effectiveness, and apply insights to inform future strategies.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activity to guide marketing direction.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows, supporting brand engagement and on‑site logistics as needed.
Marketing Communications Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
5–7 years of marketing communications experience, ideally within agriculture, industrial technology, or other technical sectors.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage integrated marketing programs from concept through execution.
Strong understanding of marketing communications principles, digital channels, and full‑funnel marketing strategy.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Experience working with marketing automation tools (such as Marketo) and CRM platforms (such as Salesforce).
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel as needed for events or business priorities.
