To learn more about our purpose and values, visit our career site at**The Director of Marketing will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand and building a high-impact growth engine across all four divisions: Reece Plumbing, Reece HVAC, Reece Bath & Kitchen, and Fortiline Waterworks. Reporting directly to the CMO, this leader will translate strategic vision into actionable marketing programs that drive demand, strengthen brand equity, and deliver measurable business results. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.****Key Responsibilities****Brand Elevation*** Develop and execute brand strategies that reinforce our position as “the trade’s most valuable partner.”* Ensure consistent brand storytelling and visual identity across all divisions and channels.**Growth Engine Development*** Design and implement demand generation programs leveraging data, content, and marketing technology.* Partner with Sales to deliver insight-led campaigns that increase share of wallet and customer lifetime value.**Field Engagement*** Build programs and communication strategies that engage and empower our network of 3,000+ branch team members on the front lines serving customers.* Develop tools, content, and campaigns that enable branch teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive local market growth.**Campaign Management & Analytics*** Lead integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media.* Establish KPIs, track performance, and optimize for ROI using data-driven insights.**Team Leadership & Collaboration*** Mentor and develop marketing talent; foster a culture of agility and accountability.* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Technology teams to ensure alignment.**Minimum Qualifications*** Experience: Minimum 8+ years in marketing roles, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.* Proven success in brand strategy, demand generation, and sales enablement within B2B or trade-driven environments.* Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Tealium, along with CRM and data tools.* Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience in wholesale distribution, building products, or industrial sectors.* Expertise in sales enablement and channel marketing.* Familiarity with omnichannel marketing and branch-level engagement strategies.Our commitment to excellent customer service is just part of our story.
