Sales Representative – Communications – Clearwater / Sarasota, FL – Stryker
Stryker is a leading medical technology company. The role focuses on promoting and selling Stryker Communication products, including booms, lights, tables, cameras, and customized suspension solutions, primarily in operating rooms.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell Stryker Communications products.
Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on proper use and maintenance of Stryker products.
Direct product evaluations in operating room and office settings.
Assist in preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
Report territory progress to the regional manager regularly.
Resolve product problems for customers expediently.
Assist in training and development of sales personnel.
Qualifications
2–5 years in outside sales (medical related fields preferred).
B.A. or B.S. degree preferred or 5+ years of sales experience.
Ability to communicate with large groups and via phone and electronic means.
Proficiency with common office equipment and a valid driver's license.
Up to 20% overnight travel annually.
Skill in negotiating price and terms of transactions with customers.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
