Position Loro Piana is seeking an organized, efficient, and adaptable Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment, bringing 1-2 years of relevant experience to support our marketing initiatives and execute memorable events. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for luxury.
Job Responsibilities
Event Coordination:
Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of brand and in-store events, store openings, client activations, and other activities, ensuring alignment with Loro Piana's brand image and standards.
Manage event logistics and set-up, including vendor coordination, event supplies, invitations, catering, and on-site support.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams (VM, Retail, Merchandising, GTM, VIC, etc.) and the Milan headquarters team to coordinate and execute project needs.
Monitor event budgets and track expenditures, providing regular reports.
Marketing Support:
Support the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across the retail network.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to the marketing and events team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
Organize and maintain marketing materials and event inventory.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis as needed.
Profile
Skills and abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with marketing software and CRM systems is a plus.
A strong understanding of the luxury market and client expectations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by events.
Efficient and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
Adaptable and able to respond positively to changing priorities.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Passion for luxury, fashion, and exceptional customer experience.

Compensation Loro Piana uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market‑competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure. While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Loro Piana reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 per year.
