Role Overview The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, with a significant focus on brand and retail event coordination, to elevate the Loro Piana brand, drive brand awareness and customer engagement, and support business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketing professional with a deep understanding of the luxury retail landscape, exceptional organizational skills, a meticulous eye for detail and quality, and proven experience in planning and executing high‑end events.

Job Responsibilities

Strategy Development & Execution:

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with Loro Piana's global brand vision and business goals.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, including event collateral and messaging.

Maintain a deep understanding of the Loro Piana brand DNA and effectively communicate it to internal and external stakeholders.

Work cross‑functionally with internal teams (VM, Retail, Merchandising, GTM, VIC, etc.) to set project goals and coordinate project needs.

Develop and manage brand guidelines.

Event Management:

Lead the planning, execution, and management of all brand events, including product launches, store openings, pop‑up openings, and wholesale and concession partner events.

In coordination with the Milan HQ team, develop event concepts, budgets, and timelines.

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts in collaboration with Procurement team.

Ensure all events are executed flawlessly and in alignment with Loro Piana's brand standards.

Oversee on‑site event management and logistics.

Analyze event ROI and make recommendations for future improvements.

Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop two Marketing Coordinators.

Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Manage the marketing budget effectively.

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities.

Analyze market data to inform marketing strategies and optimize performance.

Role model company values.

Profile Skills and Abilities Required

6-7 years of experience in marketing and/or events, with a significant portion in the luxury retail sector.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on brand and retail event management.

Strong understanding of the luxury market and consumer behavior.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Experience managing and developing a team.

Demonstrated experience in planning and executing high‑end events, including managing budgets, vendors, and logistics.

Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Passion for the Loro Piana brand and its values.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Loro Piana reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $105,000.00 to $120,000.00 USD per year.
