The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, performing market research, creating persuasive marketing content, and coordinating closely with sales. Responsibilities include crafting and managing content campaigns, analyzing customer needs, optimizing messaging for digital platforms, and supporting the overall marketing objectives of the company.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Execution: Build and run a content roadmap across blog, email, website, and social (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook)
Create High-Impact Assets: Blog posts, case studies, newsletters, short videos, social threads
Grow & Engage: Manage social channels, respond to interactions, nurture leads
Optimize & Scale: SEO, analytics, performance reporting
Stay Ahead: Track crypto, fintech, and payment trends; ensure regulatory tone compliance
Collaborate: Work with design, growth, and product to align content with brand and goals
What You Bring
5+ years in content/digital marketing (startup or fast-paced environment preferred)
Hands-on with CMS (Webflow), SEO, email platforms, and social schedulers
Community-building DNA — you thrive on direct engagement
Crypto/fintech interest (or fast learner)
Experience repurposing content across formats
Success Looks Like 30 days - Audit + 60-day content calendar + 3 high-impact assets
90 days - 1 lead‑gen campaign (20+ MQLs) + growth playbook
