Overview
The Marketing Specialist supports and coordinates the execution of McCraw Law Group’s marketing programs across digital, social, and community. This role maintains social media operations, coordinates marketing projects, and oversees media and performance metrics to ensure alignment with firm objectives.

Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
Schedule, publish and boost social media posts using content developed by the Digital Content Manager.
Repurpose blog, video, and case study content into engaging social media posts.
Assist in the design of graphics, reels, and video clips for social media.
Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, scheduling, and optimization (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, Lumen5).
Work within our marketing automation platform to design, build, and execute campaigns.
Coordinate the execution, tracking and optimization of media campaigns aiming to increase their performance on an ongoing basis.
Execute content calendars, asset development and delivery, and post-performance reporting.
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Engage with followers, clients, and referral partners to foster relationships and brand loyalty.
Track and manage online reviews and reputation, escalating as needed.
Collaborate on strategies to enhance the firm’s public-facing reputation.
Track reputation metrics and surface client stories/testimonials.
Monitor metrics and engagement trends to measure campaign success within our social media channels and marketing automation tool.
Provide weekly and monthly reports on social performance, audience growth, and content engagement.
Use insights to optimize future content strategies and recommend new approaches.
Support monthly dashboards summarizing campaign performance, lead flow, and event outcomes.
Assist in building analytics models for attribution and marketing.
Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure content aligns with firm objectives and brand voice.
Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates (including marketing automation) to keep the firm’s strategy current.
Assist in content planning, influencer outreach, and paid social media campaigns.
Support firm events and initiatives with real-time social media coverage.
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and internal alignment for marketing initiatives.
Maintain project trackers, calendars, and documentation.
Support campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration.
Manage organic and paid social publishing on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn.
Monitor engagement and community feedback.
Coordinate with media vendors: create briefs, request periodic reports, track performance, and optimizations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Dallas-based preferred (Report to McKinney Texas Flagship Office).
Travel for firm events or marketing initiatives.
Availability for regular business hours, with some evening/weekend requirements for urgent projects.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Coordinate planning and execution of brand presence at Hispanic and general market events in DFW.
Oversee logistics, signage, staff coordination, and post-event documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or communications.
Proven ability to grow engagement and brand presence across social platforms.
Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and content strategy (preferred).
Basic understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools.
Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar platforms).
Experience with AI-powered tools for social media content creation, scheduling, and analytics (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Lumen5, Canva AI).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
