What You’ll Do You’ll play a key role in executing Visa Lighting’s product marketing and digital strategies across multiple platforms. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll manage the company’s digital presence—including website, email, and social media—while developing analytics and insights that connect marketing efforts to measurable business outcomes. You’ll drive brand and product awareness, execute go-to-market initiatives, and ensure our products and the company’s value propositions are effectively communicated to lighting designers, architects, engineers, and other decision-makers in the commercial and healthcare lighting markets.

Responsibilities

Execute go-to-market strategies and product launch plans that increase brand visibility and drive product specification.

Develop compelling product content and oversee creation of marketing materials such as sell sheets, spec sheets, catalogs, brochures, installation guides, advertising, trade show assets, and sales tools.

Collaborate with the creative team and provide guidance for all product photography, application imagery and product feature and benefit videos that communicate design intent and product performance.

Develop engaging product and brand storytelling content including case studies and testimonials.

Ensure product messaging aligns with the Visa Lighting’s brand voice and market positioning.

Write and distribute press releases for new products across both mass and industry-specific media outlets.

Represent Visa Lighting at trade shows, sales agency events, and specifier visits as a product marketing expert and brand ambassador.

Manage the development, updates, and optimization of website content and layout within our CMS (Drupal 11.0). Ensure information, imagery, and downloadable resources including spec sheets, catalogs, installation instructions, IES files, BIM content are accurate and up to date.

Implement new website functionality to enhance user experience (UX), enabling specifiers, architects, and engineers to easily access the information they need.

Partner with internal team members and external agencies / web developers when necessary to assess and resolve any technical issues and optimize website performance.

Manage SEO execution in partnership with agency resources—monitor analytics, manage keywords, and optimize content to improve search rankings and visibility.

Lead social media content planning and execution to increase engagement, build brand awareness, and grow Visa Lighting’s followership.

Execute content additions and improvements to RepNet (Magento CMS), our external sales representative portal (sales enablement tool) to provide them with easy access to usable content and helpful information.

Coordinate and execute digital advertising programs in partnership with industry organizations.

Develop, deploy, and analyze email marketing campaigns for sales agency representatives and provide performance metrics and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in digital marketing and some product marketing / management experience, preferably in B2B manufacturing or building products.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience working in website / content management systems (CMS), Drupal & Magento experience preferred.

Strong understanding of UX principles, web design, and content strategy for technical or design-driven audiences.

Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools.

Experience in creating content for and managing social media in a B2B environment.

Proven success managing email marketing programs that drive engagement and conversions.

Strong ability to translate Voice of Customer (VOC) insights into persuasive messaging and product positioning.

Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.

Demonstrated capability to collaborate with and motivate others to get projects completed.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
