About The New Mom School The New Mom School provides expert-led education, connection, and community for new mothers and their babies from 0-12 months. Our programs combine evidence-based information, emotional support, and real connection in a welcoming, mom-centered space.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all lead follow-up from digital ads, referrals, and events with timely, personalized communication.
Conduct sales consultations to convert inquiries into paid class registrations.
Build and maintain local partnerships with OB/GYN offices, hospitals, and prenatal/family-focused businesses.
Plan and execute local events and collaborations that increase visibility and generate leads.
Collaborate with the corporate marketing and agency teams to improve campaign performance.
Track and report weekly performance metrics including leads, conversions, and event ROI.
Attend weekly coaching calls as needed.
Required Experience
Must be able to commute to the studio that is located in Mount Pleasant
2+ years of sales, marketing, or business development experience within the health & wellness, fitness, or infant programming industry
Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Confident communicator who enjoys outreach, follow-up, and closing conversations.
Organized, proactive, and community-minded.
Passionate about supporting new moms and creating meaningful connections.
Experience with CRM systems (Momence, ClubReady, Mindbody ect) preferred
