Marketing Manager — Position Overview Dogwood Commercial is seeking a dynamic and experienced

Marketing Manager

to lead the development and execution of marketing and branding strategies across our portfolio and associated businesses. This individual will be pivotal in enhancing Dogwood’s market presence through creative marketing materials, digital engagement, and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter with strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, edit, and maintain marketing collateral, including property flyers, pitch books, and presentations.

Update and manage content across company websites and listing platforms such as CoStar and LoopNet.

Maintain an active and consistent presence on social media platforms.

Collaborate with internal teams to create new marketing strategies and materials for business development.

Develop and execute email and direct mail campaigns.

Monitor competitor marketing efforts and apply industry best practices.

Propose and implement new initiatives to expand Dogwood’s brand visibility and market reach.

Position Requirements

Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Positive, proactive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Knowledge of real estate marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

Degree or certificate in

Marketing ,

Graphic Design , or a related field.

Minimum of

5 years

of experience in marketing coordination or graphic design.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across teams and stakeholders.

Additional Responsibilities

Assess project needs quickly and communicate effectively to ensure timely completion.

Juggle multiple projects with shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.

Write, proofread, and edit various marketing materials with clarity and accuracy.

Work independently while also contributing meaningfully to team efforts.
