Role This is an exciting role for an entrepreneurial digital marketer with strong technical skills in Search, paid social, email automation, analytics/data, and CRO. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to develop the strategy for the US and EMEA regions and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop integrated digital ecosystems across PPC, paid social, email, and digital product to achieve cost efficiencies and align with prospect journeys.

Use platform insight to recommend strategy and pioneer new ways to engage prospects digitally; implement and run analytics through tools such as Google Analytics, bringing key insights to the team.

Manage monthly KPIs for traffic, conversions, and engagement for each region, tracking funnel metrics to ensure leads progress to MQLs, Discovery Meetings, and Pipeline.

Collaborate with the Marketing team and agencies to optimise and support all campaigns for the US & EMEA, including the design and delivery of B2B marketing campaigns.

Work with regional Sales and Business Development teams to develop innovative localised digital methods that support and nurture B2B lead generation.

Core focus on US, UK, and France; report directly to the Director of Marketing.

Manage regional website hubs and traffic, developing regional SEO and keyword strategy to ensure high conversion rates and optimal user experience.

Oversee email automation and nurture journeys to deliver integrated digital experiences and segmented marketing.

Develop and implement lead‑generation campaigns through Google Ads and manage lead nurturing on Marketo.

Implement the strategic plan for the US/EMEA region, focusing on localisation of journeys.

Handle day‑to‑day running of PPC, paid social, and syndication.

Job Requirements

Marketing experience in B2B; technology or software industry preferred.

4+ years of digital marketing experience within the US/EMEA region.

Current leadership of US/EMEA digital marketing performance teams, social media, and agencies.

Experience with lead nurturing and marketing automation across multiple regions.

Strong experience creating and managing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels, with a rounded view of Development, PPC, SEO, Video, Social, Content, and CRM.

Passion for UX, UI, and being insight‑driven.

High performer who constantly seeks better ways to do things.

Highly organised with the ability to manage competing and sometimes conflicting priorities.

Compassionate relationship builder who genuinely cares about people.

Comfortable working in a flexible, fast‑moving environment with a can‑do attitude.

Physical Requirements:

Working out of the New York, New York office according to our “Global Hybrid Working Policy.”

Travel Requirements:

Requires peaks of 10% for internal marketing events.
