WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Are you an experienced marketing professional skilled in executing impactful campaigns? CloserStill Media is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team working on the PARCEL Forum event. You have a strong grasp of marketing principles and excel at translating strategy into action. You are proficient in managing integrated campaigns across various channels, developing compelling content, and utilizing digital marketing tools effectively. You are analytical, organized, collaborative, and adept at managing projects from planning through execution and reporting. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to contribute to the growth and engagement of our audience.

THE ROLE The Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of specific marketing campaigns and initiatives for PARCEL Forum, aimed at driving brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing audience engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent execution skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve campaign objectives. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will manage key campaigns and contribute significantly to our marketing success.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management and Execution:

Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, email, social media, etc.) based on strategic direction.

Develop detailed campaign timelines, manage specific budgets, and coordinate deliverables.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.

Write and refine marketing copy for campaigns.

Content Development & Implementation:

Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including website landing pages, blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.

Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign messaging.

Assist in managing content calendars relevant to assigned campaigns.

Digital Marketing:

Implement and manage day‑to‑day digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing automation workflows for specific campaigns.

Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance for assigned areas, providing insights for optimization.

Stay current with digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Track and analyze KPIs for assigned campaigns to measure effectiveness.

Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, contributing insights and recommendations.

Use data to inform tactical adjustments and optimize campaign elements.

Market Research:

Assist in gathering market research and competitor information to support campaign planning.

Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with the marketing team and other departments (Sales, Content, Events) to ensure alignment.

Work with external vendors and agencies on specific campaign tasks.

About You We’re looking for a candidate who brings the following skills and attributes:

Experience:

3+ years of experience in marketing, with hands‑on experience executing multi‑channel campaigns.

Experience in events, media, or B2B marketing is a plus.

Core Skills:

Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management.

Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing).

Excellent writing, editing, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Work Style:

Positive attitude, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively within a team.

Technical Proficiency:

Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems.

Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Other Requirements:

Willingness and ability to travel 1-2 times a year.
