Marketing Manager, PARCEL Forum
– CloserStill Media Germany GmbH We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional skilled in executing impactful campaigns to join our team working on the PARCEL Forum event. Your strong grasp of marketing principles and ability to translate strategy into action will be essential. You will manage integrated campaigns, develop compelling content, and utilize digital marketing tools effectively. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management and Execution: plan, execute and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels; develop timelines, manage budgets, coordinate deliverables; write and refine marketing copy. Content Development & Implementation: create engaging content for website, blogs, social media, and emails; ensure alignment with brand guidelines; assist content calendars. Digital Marketing: implement day‑to‑day activities, SEO/SEM, social media, email automation; monitor performance and provide insights. Performance Analysis and Reporting: track and analyze KPIs; prepare regular reports; use data to inform adjustments. Market Research: gather research and competitor information to support planning. Collaboration: work with marketing, sales, events teams and external vendors. About You
Experience: 3+ years in marketing, multi‑channel campaigns; events, media or B2B marketing a plus. Core Skills: marketing principles, digital tools, writing and editing, communication, presentation, organization, project management, analytical skills. Work Style: positive, adaptable, independent and collaborative. Technical Proficiency: marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), CRM, web analytics tools (Google Analytics), MS Office.
