Job Summary
The Creative Marketing and Brand Specialist manages multi‑channel marketing efforts, leading social media strategy and ensuring brand consistency. They create compelling digital and traditional advertising assets, produce customer communications, and capture photo and video content. The role collaborates with sales and events teams to develop case studies, testimonials, and other brand materials. The specialist monitors online engagement and delivers regular performance reports with strategic recommendations. They also support promotional campaigns, contribute to traditional marketing efforts, and assist with additional marketing needs.
General Responsibilities
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Develop, design, and coordinate advertising creatives (digital ads, print, direct mail, billboards, etc.).
Produce and send digital newsletters and customer communications.
Capture and edit photos and videos of projects, events, and customer stories.
Assist in developing promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
Track online customer reviews and act accordingly (respond, thank, segment, etc.).
Collaborate with the sales and events team for content needs (case studies, testimonials, etc.).
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and creative assets, including the Gunton website.
Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends for management and executive teams.
Analyze the long‑term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer quarterly reports outlining necessary changes to the digital marketing plan.
Grow the position by managing traditional marketing campaigns.
Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Reporting Relationship Reports to Marketing Manager
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
Knowledge of social media platforms, their uses, and marketing capabilities
Must be comfortable working in the office out of our Bedford Heights location
Preferred Qualifications
Traditional marketing experience
Advertising experience
Event management experience
