Must Haves
8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data‑driven environment
Expertise in data‑informed design focused on optimizing key metrics such as conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session (RPS)
Mastery of Figma (or similar) for wireframing and prototyping; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite
Hands‑on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO
Excellent communicator capable of presenting design rationale to technical and non‑technical audiences
Experience 8+ years of UX/UI experience within performance marketing, lead generation, or conversion rate optimization environments.
Your Role Drive measurable revenue and performance gains by creating data‑informed, CRO‑optimized user experiences across Launch Potato web properties.
Outcomes
Deliver complete, test‑ready user experiences—from concept through high‑fidelity prototypes and dev hand‑off—backed by A/B test results and user insights
Independently lead design projects across all stages: stakeholder alignment, UX strategy, UI development, and post‑test iteration
Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data, metrics (CVR, RPS), heatmaps, and user recordings to inform and validate design direction
Identify and proactively improve under‑performing experiences through iterative UX/CRO design, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative inputs
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints
Champion and mentor design best practices, sharing knowledge and driving UX strategy across the organization
Propose and implement design process improvements that enhance experimentation velocity and design scalability
