Position Title Account Executive – Digital Marketing Consultant

Location Atlanta, Georgia

Work Environment Must be located in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Remote – you will work from a home office but make both tech‑based and in‑person sales calls with local business owners within and outside of the geo.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to provide advertising and marketing solutions, including website development, SEO, local listings, reputation management, SEM, social media engagement, display advertising, video content, mobile advertising, brand content, and outreach.

Manage leads and customers using lead alert systems, engagement tools, and tracking mechanisms.

Analyze campaign effectiveness using reporting tools, mobile apps, and emerging technologies such as virtual and augmented reality.

Actively pursue and secure new business and revenue streams.

Articulate and present the product suite to business decision‑makers effectively.

Conduct face‑to‑face customer meetings, presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.

Utilize the best marketing services and solutions in the region to deliver exceptional results for customers.

Foster partnerships with local businesses and assist them in achieving marketing goals.

Identify customer needs to develop and implement tailored account plans and client solutions that distinguish our services from competitors.

Assist businesses in optimizing online presence through personalized digital marketing strategies.

Retain, manage, and expand the client base in the evolving digital landscape.

Collaborate within a team to manage client relationships and sustain and increase account revenue.

Maintain proactive communication with customers via phone, video conferencing tools (MS Teams or Zoom), email, and in‑person meetings.

Manage a specified sales pipeline and devise a strategy for long‑term success.

Conduct regular client check‑ins, upsell/cross‑sell accounts, and address client concerns regarding market share.

Utilize CRM (Salesforce) effectively and efficiently, recording all sales activities accurately.

Key Qualifications

High proficiency in digital marketing (Google AdWords, Analytics certifications preferred).

5+ years of experience in high‑acquisition, consultative B2B sales.

Problem solver who thrives on challenges and simplifies complex issues.

Competitive nature and collaborative team spirit.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and minimum liability insurance required by law.
