Neuro Sales Specialist - Anchorage, AK Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Neuro Sales Specialist to support our expansion in neuroscience therapy. This role is based in Anchorage, AK.

Role Overview As part of our Neuroscience team, you will be responsible for generating sales, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and advancing our portfolio of CNS therapeutics. You will collaborate across functions to execute territory plans and maintain compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding forecasts within assigned territory through in‑person and virtual HCP visits.

Use budgets strategically to achieve objectives and customize engagements based on customer needs.

Stay current on market trends, practice patterns, and key influencers, sharing insights with internal stakeholders.

Contribute to resource allocation decisions and plan development with Regional Business Manager.

Collaborate with other Neuroscience Sales Specialists to share best practices.

Maintain accurate administrative records of hours, call data, customer objectives, expense reports, and sample usage.

Develop and document local business plans that incorporate client needs and available resources.

Complete all required training on schedule.

Qualifications

2+ years of pharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales experience (3+ in specialty pharma preferred).

Experience with launch, antipsychotic, or bipolar products highly desirable.

Bachelor’s degree and valid driver’s license with a safe record.

Strong passion for improving patient lives and a patient‑centric mindset.

Demonstrated integrity and adherence to compliance policies.

Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial, and capable of working collaboratively across functions.

Track record of success in dynamic environments and adapting to virtual settings.

Data‑driven analytical skills to assess progress and spot opportunities.

Ability to build new customer relationships and effectively communicate technical information.

Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.

Salary Range $98,000 – $155,000
