Mission of This Role Your mission is to

grow and engage our online audience across all digital channels , transforming content into community, community into conversations, and conversations into clients.

You’ll manage our organic social media strategy, oversee Facebook and online communities, publish daily content, grow our podcast presence, and turn engagement into booked discovery meetings. This role blends

content marketing, community management, and sales psychology —perfect for someone who can think strategically, execute efficiently, and communicate with authenticity.

Core Outcomes

Build and nurture community:

Grow engagement and conversations across Facebook Groups and social channels.

Drive measurable results:

Increase discovery call bookings, engagement growth, and follower‑to‑client conversions.

Maintain consistent publishing:

Manage and execute the daily posting schedule across all active platforms.

Collaborate on content:

Work with the Digital Content Manager to produce, repurpose, and publish high‑quality video content.

Manage podcast growth:

Drive listeners, coordinate guests, and maximize reach.

Develop, manage, and execute a daily content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Write scroll‑stopping captions, headlines, and copy tailored to each platform’s best practices.

Collaborate with the Digital Content Manager to plan and distribute short‑form videos and podcast clips.

Schedule and publish posts using tools like Metricool, Buffer, or Later.

Monitor trends and suggest new content ideas to improve organic growth.

Community Growth & Engagement Manage and grow our Facebook communities and private groups. Respond to comments, answer questions, and build authentic conversations daily. Proactively stimulate discussions, post prompts, and encourage testimonials. Nurture engaged members toward discovery meetings and live event registration. Identify and document community success stories for future marketing.

Podcast Management & Growth Publish new podcast episodes on YouTube and other platforms. Write SEO‑optimized titles and descriptions for each episode. Repurpose key moments into short‑form video clips for social channels. Coordinate guests and schedule interviews. Track analytics and report growth trends monthly.

Analytics & Reporting Track engagement metrics, follower growth, and booked meetings sourced from social. Maintain a content performance spreadsheet with weekly metrics and insights. Share reports and insights with the Director of Marketing to optimize performance.

Content Nurture Integration Collaborate with the marketing team to repurpose top‑performing social content for email and SMS nurturing. Suggest ways to extend the reach of high‑performing content to new audiences.

Tools You’ll Use

Social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn

Scheduling tools: Metricool, Buffer, Later, Hootsuite

Content creation tools: Canva, Descript, SubMagic

Organizational tools: Notion, Google Workspace, Slack

Marketing platform: GoHighLevel (for posting, embedding, and tracking)

Must‑Have Skills & Qualifications

3+ years managing social media for a brand or influencer

Strong writing skills with proven ability to write engaging captions and posts

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

Deep understanding of social content strategy and algorithm best practices

Highly organized and able to manage multiple content calendars simultaneously

Comfortable interacting with leads, clients, and executives in online communities

Familiar with analytics tools and tracking engagement metrics

Proactive, self‑managed, and creative

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience in financial education, real estate, or coaching industries

Graphic design experience (Canva or Adobe Express)

Basic video editing for short‑form clips (Descript, SubMagic, or CapCut)

Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/funnel tools

Knowledge of YouTube SEO and podcast distribution
