Key Responsibilities

Traffic & Campaign Analysis

Analyze traffic quality across paid, organic, and partner sources (web + app).

Identify opportunities to improve campaign targeting and reduce CPA.

Detect and flag fraudulent traffic (especially from mobile app partners) using Appsflyer or internal tools.

Evaluate historical traffic patterns to explain CPA or CR fluctuations.

Website & Funnel Optimization

Analyze website and app funnels to identify drop-offs and friction points.

Suggest UX or flow improvements to boost conversion rates across the journey.

Collaborate with product and design teams to optimize forms, flows, and CTAs.

Analyze application approval rates and identify ways to improve lead quality without compromising risk standards.

Pinpoint campaigns or sources with the best qualified lead-to-loan ratios.

Attribution & Tracking

Manage and improve attribution models (including multi-touch or last-click logic).

Ensure accurate traffic/source tracking via GA4, Appsflyer, and GTM.

Define and implement event/tag tracking via Google Tag Manager or coordinate with devs.

Ensure accurate and complete event collection across platforms and devices.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with Performance Marketing, Product, UX, Risk teams.

Translate data into clear business recommendations and present findings to stakeholders.

What we expect from candidates

3+ years in a role such as Marketing/Web Analyst, Digital Performance Analyst, or Growth Analyst.

Proficiency in GA4, Appsflyer, and tagging systems like GTM.

Experience with marketing campaigns for Russian market.

Experience analyzing web and mobile app funnels, attribution, and paid traffic.

Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPA, CR, ROAS, LTV, etc.).

Solid knowledge of attribution models, marketing channels, and user acquisition strategies.

Hands‑on skills in Excel and SQL for data analysis.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in fintech, lending, or mobile‑first products.

Experience with fraud detection tools or analyzing affiliate traffic.

Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.

Familiarity with BigQuery.

Tools you’ll use: GA4, Appsflyer, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SQL/Excel/Power BI/Tableau, Hotjar, Clarity, Mixpanel.
