Senior Enterprise Communications Strategist
Base pay range: $99,200 – $168,900 per year.

Job Overview As a Senior Enterprise Communications Strategist, you will develop high‑impact strategies to help internal stakeholders understand and adopt the firm’s strategy and change initiatives. You will lead end‑to‑end communication strategies for the firm’s largest, most complex strategic efforts.
Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end internal communication strategies for large, complex strategic initiatives.
Contribute to firm‑wide messaging strategy and editorial planning for efficient, consistent communication.
Leverage data and stakeholder input to adapt plans and influence business leaders.
Track metrics, evaluate effectiveness, and present results to senior stakeholders.
Informally lead other communications consultants and coordinate resources for change management and execution.
Identify and mitigate risks, coordinate with other teams, and align efforts across the organization.
Partner with External Affairs and Marketing to synchronize internal and external messaging.
Recommend improvements to content and channel delivery based on best‑in‑class practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
10+ years of experience in strategic communications, internal communications, and change management.
Proven expertise in developing and executing communications strategies for large, complex organizations.
Strong writing and media production skills.
Experience managing content production and channel activation strategies.
Strong interpersonal, coaching, and influence skills with senior leaders.
Preferred Experience
Financial services or regulated industry experience.
Large‑scale transformation or change management initiatives.
Adaptability and willingness to explore new approaches.
Familiarity with AI tools and communication innovation (highly desirable).
