Luxury Custom & Spec Home Builder | Austin, TX
We are seeking a creative and analytically minded Social Media Content Coordinator to elevate our brand presence and drive engagement in the luxury custom and spec home building market. This multifaceted role combines social media management, community engagement, and website content coordination to support our growth in Austin's competitive luxury real estate landscape.
Core Responsibilities Social Media Coordination
Develop and execute social media content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
Schedule and publish content with a goal of 2 long‑form YouTube videos and 3 short‑form videos weekly (content produced by team)
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews within 24 hours across all platforms and Google reviews
Track and present monthly social media analytics (engagement rates, follower growth, reach, conversion metrics)
Leverage CRM insights to track content effectiveness across the customer journey and optimize social media strategy based on audience engagement patterns
Website & Content Coordination
Upload and publish blog content (blogs produced by team) to website Learning Center (3 posts per week)
Optimize blog posts for SEO using AI tools for keywords, meta descriptions, and internal linking
Manage editorial calendar to maintain consistent blog publishing schedule
Make simple text and image updates to the Rivendale website using Webflow (training provided)
Coordinate with web developer for larger website changes and enhancements
Ensure website accurately showcases current luxury home projects and portfolio
Required Qualifications Technical Skills
Ability to learn Webflow for basic website content updates (training provided)
Willingness to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to assist with content optimization and SEO tasks
Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics platforms
Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)
Foundational SEO knowledge
Experience
2‑3 years of social media management or digital marketing experience
Proven track record of growing engaged social media communities
Demonstrated ability to create or curate high‑quality visual content
Preferred: Background in luxury, real estate, design, or lifestyle brands
Soft Skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Creative mindset with an eye for luxury aesthetics and design
Collaborative team player who can coordinate across departments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with project management tools (Monday.com)
Knowledge of or motivation to learn and practice LEAN principles
Familiarity with luxury home building or real estate industry
