Job Description We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to drive paid media performance across a network of veterinary practices. The role involves managing campaigns, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Why Work With Us

Manage strategy at scale: Access to hundreds of campaigns and performance data points for rapid testing, learning, and optimization.

Fully remote: Work from anywhere in the U.S. with only two annual trips—one to our company‑wide summit and one for a team offsite.

Upward mobility: Our marketing leadership is built from internal hires, providing clear growth opportunities.

Outstanding team support: Strong cross‑functional relationships with regional marketing, operations, and clinic support teams.

Join an established, high‑performing team: Work alongside experienced teammates eager to share best practices and insights.

Equipment provided: Laptop, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, docking station, and built‑in camera.

Qualifications Who You Are

Sharp attention to detail: Highly analytical and detail‑oriented, able to identify trends and spot a needle in a haystack at a glance.

Problem solver: When performance looks off, you’re not satisfied with surface‑level answers and dig into data for insights.

Highly experienced in Google Ads: 3‑5 years managing search, Pmax, LSA, and demand‑gen campaigns while meeting performance targets.

Comfortable working at scale: Managed 30+ accounts achieving campaign/growth goals; agency or multi‑unit experience preferred.

Subject matter expert: Deep understanding of metrics like CPC, CVR, CPA, CPL, CAC, and ROAS.

Multi‑channel specialist: Hands‑on experience with Bing Ads and Meta Ads and comfortable leading performance management across channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing paid media for 30+ practices across our clinic partner network.

Ensuring regular and seamless onboarding of practices onto paid media.

Measuring and optimizing campaigns to beat internal KPI benchmarks and program goals.

Implementing and configuring conversion tracking and attribution across multiple conversion paths for single and multi‑location practices.

Providing feedback on all stages of our paid media funnels to relevant stakeholders.

Contributing to our A/B testing pipeline to brainstorm and implement a robust testing strategy.

Brainstorming new and innovative ways to target the most valuable clients for our practices to drive additional volume.

Regularly analyzing campaign performance, identifying potential trends, and working with stakeholders to encourage positive trends while course‑correcting negative ones.

Identifying potential pain points / barriers to conversion and brainstorming solutions.

Collecting lead quality feedback from regional marketing leads and distilling it into an actionable plan.

Working closely with our data & analytics team to validate campaign performance data.

Preparing weekly/monthly reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Gaining a deep understanding of macro and micro search demand, seasonality, and business trends to develop effective campaigns.

Collaborating with regional marketing and operations teams to tailor paid media strategies to each practice’s needs.

If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
