What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with business partners to optimize processes and enhance performance of healthcare products
Participate in the product design and development process by documenting business requirements
Analyze existing business processes to leverage operational efficiencies and systems
Conduct ongoing analysis of product value driver initiatives to measure impact
Partner with testing teams to develop test case scenarios and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree in a transferrable discipline or relevant work experience in lieu of degree
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of managed care or the post-acute marketplace
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
Critical thinking and solid problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in business process mapping and documentation within the healthcare sector
Familiarity with regulatory and accreditation requirements in healthcare
Ability to manage multiple tasks and demonstrate independent thought and critical thinking
