Job Description

• Manage day-to-day on-site operations of multifamily design-build projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Supervise subcontractors and vendors to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to address construction challenges.
• Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and daily reports.
• Coordinate inspections and manage punch lists to ensure project completion.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
