As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a leading tech and media environment, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure atmosphere. You will remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, respond to situations as needed, and deliver outstanding customer service. **What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the tech, media, and telecom environment.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns encountered during patrols.
  • Follow site-specific post orders and instructions to address client needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with site staff and visitors to maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while performing security-related duties.
  • Assist with access control and monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry at the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
