**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees while upholding Allied Universal standards.
  • Document and report all incidents, observations, and/or irregularities according to site protocols.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders as needed in accordance with site procedures.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
